Modern Airsoft Price Match GuaranteeHere at Modern Airsoft, we believe in price matching – despite our everyday low prices we already offer everyday. We believe that price should never be the only factor when you shop with us as it is our goal to provide you with a low price guarantee. So, if you find a lower advertised price on an identical product, let us know by sending an email with the attached link, or bring it to a store associate and if the product meets all the price matching criteria, let us know and we will match the price!

 

We do not match the price if you go to buy a qualifying item at Modern Airsoft then find the identical item for less at select online competitors, or in Modern Airsoft or competitor’s local print ad. Price matches must be requested at time of purchase, not after.

 

Modern Airsoft store price matches and adjustments are completed at the store by an acting manager. For ModernAirsoft.com purchases, email ModernAirsoft.com customer services at customerservice@modernairsoft.com.

 

Modern Airsoft will match the final price of your order including shipping, taxes, and fees. Price match is for identical new products only.

 

Price match must be presented prior to, or at time of purchase – no exceptions.

Guidelines and Limitations

  • The price for an item must be listed and valid at the time of match. We reserve the right to verify a competitor’s advertised price and the availability of the item. If Modern Airsoft is not able to verify the lower price, we may decline the request.
  • The item must be the identical item, brand name, size, weight, color, quantity and model number. It must be in stock at the time of Price Match for approved online competitors. It also must be sold and fulfilled by a US based airsoft retailer.
  • Offers found on deal websites will be validated at the retailer’s primary website and must meet all other price match criteria.
  • Please bring the entire printed ad, or show the online price or digital version of the ad on your mobile device for proof of price. Price must include shipping, fees, and taxes to qualify.
  • We do not match ModernAirsoft.com prices on in-store purchases and in-store prices for ModernAirsoft.com purchases.
  • No rain checks will be issued for items out of stock at Modern Airsoft or ModernAirsoft.com to match a competitor’s price.
  • We reserve the right to limit price quantities of price matches per identical item per guest for local and/or online competitor matches.
  • Price match must be approved by store manager or sales manager before being authorized.

Exclusions

  • Clearance, closeout, liquidation sales, damaged, used, open package, refurbished, pre-owned, or rent/lease to own items, storewide or category promotions, offers advertised as % or $ off, non-branded items, or prices that only display on a website after guests log in.
  • Pricing due to typographical errors, competitor doorbusters/lightning sales (including Amazon Exclusive offers), coupon offers, loyalty cards, promotional codes, credit card offers, gift card offers, financing, service offers, bundled offers, sales tax promotions, free items, rebates or mail-in offers.
  • “Marketplace” prices from third party sellers.
  • Price matches and adjustments to competitors will not be allowed for prices valid from Thanksgiving Day through the entire week after Thanksgiving.
  • Price matches for low stock items, or new to market items (less than 6 months on the market).
  • Price matches for non-US based competitors.
  • Any pricing that violates a manufacturer’s MAP (Minimum Advertised Pricing) policy, or any out of stock item pricing.
  • Price matches for Krytac and Glock brands.
